   Throughout my 30 year career working as a baker and cook at America's largest kitchens. I realized that many people would like a home cooked meal, but just don't have the time.

  In 2005, I decided to change career paths and began working for a local company who provides care giving services. As time moved on, that company saw a need for their clients to be supplied with nourishing meals since most were shut-ins or unable to cook for themselves. With my past experience and talent as a corporate cook, I was called upon to provide in-home cooked meals for the client or family. The clients who I have served for the past four years have all been very happy and healthy.

  Through my experience, I have come to realize there is a need to provide nourishing in-home cooked meals. Not only for those who I served as a caregiver, but for hard working individuals who's schedule might not allow time to prepare dinner such as people who have lost their independence, busy moms, professionals, and couples with newborns.
